Population
The population will increase continuously due to the expansion of cities caused by the creation of high-tech industrial complexes, enlarged income sources of the rural communities, improved living conditions and extended life span.
Regional Economy
The economic dependence on the 2nd and 3rd industries will be deepened. The per capita income will exceed $24,500. So the living environments will be improved as high as the advanced countries.
Agriculture and Fishery
Knowledge intensive new agriculture and restructured distribution system will raise the income. Living environments including roads, tap water, sewage, medical service, culture and welfare will be improved greatly. As a result, the rural village will change into a garden city.
